Dergi Hakkında : ş'te Davranış Dergisi (İDD), örgütsel davranış, yönetim ve organizasyon, insan kaynakları, çalışma psikolojisi, endüstri ve eğitim ve örgüt psikolojisi ve çalışma sosyolojisi alanlarında özgün araştırma makaleleri yayımlayan ulusal hakemli bir dergidir. Nisan ve Aralık aylarında olmak üzere yılda iki kez yayınlanır.
Güçlü bir kuramsal çerçeveye sahip, ele alınan konunun alanyazını ile eleştirel bir şekilde ilişkilendirildiği, araştırma dizaynı doğru yapılandırılmış, güncel analiz tekniklerini kullanan, gelecekteki araştırmalara teorik ve pratik yönden öneri ve sonuçlar içeren çalışmalara öncelik tanınmaktadır.
İDD’de iş hayatındaki davranışları kuramsal açıdan ele alan ve konusuna pratik açılımlar sağlayan çalışmalara yer verilmektedir. Bu çerçevede farklı disiplinlerden özgün araştırmalar, deneysel ve klinik çalışmalar, mektuplar ve vaka bildirimleri yayımlanmaktadır.
