Baba figürünün eğitim açısından 1980-2000 arası Türk romanında
anlama dayalı toplumsal analizi yapıldı. Roman ile sosyoloji arasında
baba konusunda eğitimle ilgili nasıl bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmeye
çalışıldı. Seçilen romanlardan hareketle 1980-2000 dönemine
odaklanılarak babanın eğitimdeki yeri işlendi. Metinlerin farklı
romanlardan alınması yoluyla çeşitlendirilmesiyle toplumsal temsiliyet
gücünün arttırılması sağlandı.
İnceleme toplumsal, ailevî sorunların çözümüne yönelik katkı sağlamaya bir
araç olabilir. Özellikle toplumunuz gibi değişim, başkalaşım bunalımını
günümüzde bile yaşayan toplumlar için romanların sunduğu tanıklık
belgelerinin önemi büyüktür. Ülkemizin toplumsal şartları, özellikleri ile ilgili
roman verilerinin oluşturduğu tanıklık belgelerinin esaslı bir değerlendirmesi
hem geçmişi daha iyi kavramayı hem geleceğe daha güvenle bakabilmeyi
kolaylaştırabilir.

Social analysis of the father figure based on meaning and in terms of
education in scope of Turkish Novels between 1980-2000 years has been
carried out. It has been tried to be determined what kind of relationship
existed between novels and sociology about the father in scope of
education. By focusing on 1980-2000 period, status of the father figure in scope of education has been discussed, based on selected novels.
Texts have been excerpted from different novels to provide variety, so as
to increase their social representation power.
The study can be a tool to make contributions in solving the social and
familial problems. The testimony of novels has great significance
especially for societies that experience depression caused by change and
transformation even today, such as our society. A thorough evaluation of
these documentary evidence comprised by novel data regarding our
country's social conditions and features, may help us to comprehend the
past better and to look to the future with much more confidence.
