В современном обществе борьба с коррупцией стала первостепенной задачей не только в
системе здравоохранения РФ, но и в масштабах всей страны. Правовой основой
противодействия коррупции первоначально является правовое сознание народа, во вторую
очередь – нормативно-правовые акты (Президента РФ; Правительства РФ; федеральных,
региональных, муниципальных органов государственной власти и т.д.) Правовой закон в
основной своей идее является формулой зрелого правосознания, сформированного благодаря
принятию индивидом общественных норм как своего личного закона (закон индивида =
закону общества). У индивидов с наличием уродливой формы правосознания наблюдается
склонность к коррупционному поведению и, наоборот, у людей со зрелым правосознанием в
поведении преобладает антикоррупционная составляющая. Борьба с коррупцией в стране
должна начинаться с возрождения семьи и духовности народа, а в медицинском сообществе –
с отношений «учитель и ученик».

In modern society corruption prevention is a priority task not only in health system of the Russian
Federation, but also throughout the country. The legal basis of corruption resistance is the original
anti-corruption legal consciousness of the people, and only then – normative and law acts (the
President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, federal, regional
and municipal government bodies etc.) Legal law in its basic idea is a formula of mature justice,
formed by the adoption of individual social norms as their personal law (the law of the individual =
the law of society). Individuals with the malformed kind of justice have tendency for corruptive
behavior and, conversely, people with a mature sense of justice have behavior of the anti-corruption
character. Corruption prevention in the country should begin with the revival of family and
spirituality of the people, and in the medical community – with relations "teacher and student".
