The article covers particular features of the instrumental and technological block of the
model strategy to use social media in the processes of scientific, technological and innovative
spheres. The model has been developed in Sochi State University in the mainstream of the schools
for pedagogical design and linguistic and rhetorical (L&R) paradigm. The authors offer sets of
methodological recommendations and techniques to achieve the desired results, a methodology to
evaluate the effectiveness of implemented work formats in accordance with the technology of social
networks monitoring. The authors have identified criteria and indicators of effectiveness of the
integrated formats (social, economic and technological), as well as a methodology of control and self-control.

В Сочинском государственном университете в русле научных школ педагогического
проектирования [1, 2] и лингвориторической парадигмы [3–6] осуществлена предпроектная
спецификация и разработана модель Стратегии использования социальных медиа в
процессах научно-технической и инновационной сфер [7]. В данной статье раскроем
особенности инструментально-технологического блока данной модели. При обобщении опыта исследовательской и образовательной деятельности Сочинского
госуниверситета в указанной сфере использовались методы аналитический, моделирования,
синергетический, когнитивный, количественный и др.
