The subjects of the system of prevention of children’s addictive behavior include
leading, accompanying, and mediated subjects. The macrolevel subjects are gromadas (units of
local government) and their leadership, institutions of higher learning that prepare social
pedagogues, institutes of post-diploma education, the Center of Social Services for Families,
Children, and Youth, and social service non-governmental organizations. The mesolevel subjects
are institutions of learning and out-of-school and specialized institutions. The microlevel subjects
are social pedagogues, form masters, curators, instructors, social workers, and children volunteers.
The leading subject of social-pedagogical influence is the social pedagogue, who must act as a
conscientious carrier of the idea of renouncing addictions.

Проблема роста аддиктивного поведения детей является чрезвычайно
актуальной во многих странах мира. Аддиктивное поведение – это вид нарушения
адаптации, для которого характерно стремление к отходу от реальности путем
искусственного изменения своего психического состояния благодаря приему разнообразных
психоактивных веществ или постоянной фиксации внимания на определенных видах
деятельности с целью развития и поддержания интенсивных эмоций. Количество аддикций
постоянно растѐт, и сегодня, помимо проблемы распространения химических зависимостей
(табакокурения, употребления алкоголя, наркотиков), все чаще говорят о зависимости от
азартных игр, компьютерных технологий, Интернета, денег, власти, работы, еды,
тоталитарных религиозных сект и т. п. [1].
