The present article examines the specific features of the institution of the legal entity
according to the German Civil Code of 1896. The author has examined the different types of legal
entities according to this Code and identified the specifics of their creation. This paper studies the
details of the creation of the legal capacity within institutions as well as the deprivation of this legal
capacity.

Для достижения указанной цели поставлены следующие задачи: 1) рассмотреть виды
юридических лиц по Германскому гражданскому уложению 1896 года; 2) выявить особенности
создания юридических лиц по Германскому гражданскому уложению 1896 года; 3) раскрыть
правоспособность юридических лиц по Германскому гражданскому уложению 1896 года; 4)
выяснить причины прекращения правоспособности юридических лиц по Германскому
гражданскому уложению 1896 года.
