The Personal And Social Problems Of The Teachers Related With Their Proffesions

Bu araştırmada, ilkokul ve ortaokulda görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeyleri, farklı
değişkenler açısından incelenmiş ve yaşadıkları toplumsal ve bireysel sorunlar ele alınmıştır. Veri toplam aracı
olarak Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu (KBF) ve açık
uçlu sorulardan oluşan bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu soruları öğretmenlerin
karşılaştıkları toplumsal ve bireysel sorunları ve geliştirdikleri çözümler çerçevesinde uygulanmıştır. Verilerin
analizinde SPSS ve Nvivo programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik
düzeyleri ile toplumsal ve bireysel sorunları arasında doğru orantılı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Öğretmenlerin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerinin yüksek çıkması sorunlara ve çözümlerine yaklaşımlarını
doğrudan etkilemektedir.

In this research, the burnout levels of teachers who work in elementary and secondary schools were examined in different variables and social and individual problems are discussed which they lived. Data has been collected by applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory and Personal Information Form (PIF) as an interview paper was used consisting of open-ended questions which developed by researcher. Interview questions were implemented according to teachers’ social and individual problems and solutions. Data were analyzed with SPSS and Nvivo. As a result of this study; between the burnout levels of teachers and social-individual problems were found a direct correlation. The emergences of high levels of occupational burnout of teachers directly affect the approach to their problems and solutions.
