Bilgisayar Destekli Kimya Eğitiminde Portfolyo Çalışmaları

In this study it was aimed to use the portfolio method, which is one of the newest educational and
assessment methods in Turkey, in chemistry education and make the students in Department of Chemistry
Education be aware of this method. For this reason, a portfolio study about Computer Assisted Chemistry
Education subject was selected. In Computer Assisted Education, because of the repeatability of the knowledge,
learning can be permanent. 29, fourth grade students in the Hacettepe University, Faculty of Education,
Department of Chemistry Education attended the applications. The portfolio study, which was prepared for the
computer assisted chemistry education applications, was evaluated with attitude scale towards computer. 17
students completed computer assisted portfolio applications in chemistry education subject successfully. It was

Ülkemizde oldukça yeni bir öğretim ve değerlendirme yöntemi olan portfolyonun Kimya Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı öğrencilerine tanıtılmasını ve kimya eğitiminde uygulanmasını amaçlayan çalışmada; Bilgisayar Destekli Kimya Eğitimi konusu seçilmiştir. Bilgisayar destekli öğretim süreçlerinde öğrencilerin derslerde verilen bilgileri tekrarlanabilirliği nedeniyle kalıcı olarak öğrenmeleri söz konusudur. Çalışmaya Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Eğitim Fakültesi, Kimya Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı’nın 4. üncü sınıf öğrencilerinden 29 kişi katılmıştır. Bilgisayar destekli kimya eğitimi için hazırlanan portfolyo çalışması bilgisayara karşı tutum ölçeği ile birlikte değerlendirilmiştir. 17 öğrenci bilgisayar destekli kimya eğitimi konusunda hazırladıkları portfolyo çalışmasını başarıyla tamamlamışlardır. Öğrencilerin bilgisayar teknolojisini anlamada güçlük çektikleri ve portfolyo dosyası hazırlama başarısının; bilgisayara karşı tutum ile paralellik gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda saptanan sonuçlar öğrencilerle tartışılmıştır.
