Makale Özeti: Attacks into undefensıve civilian settlements during wars are prohibited by several international treatments. Piracy was prohibited in Paris Treatment and prohibitions for the respects of human and family rights, individual lives and property rights, religious conviction and rite, and lobting during military occupation were brought about by La Haye Treatment in 1907. In spite of all these, a lot of soldiers and brigands were landed into Kale subdistrict and coastal villages of Antalya, Marmaris, Fenak and several villages of Ayvacık in Çanakkale by war ships of the Allies. The soldiers killed, injured and enslaved many peasants and looted their goods and properties.
