Etik değerlere sahip olan insan meslek etiği değerlerini kolaylıkla kazanır. Meslek etiği ilkelerini bilen bir çalışan mesleği için doğru ve yanlışları ayırt edebilir. Çalışanların meslek hayatında doğruları bilmesi ve uygulayabilmesi çalışma olgunluğuna sahip olmasıyla mümkündür. Bu durum ancak mesleğe uygun personel seçimi yapılarak sağlanabilir. Meslek hayatında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği prensipleri çalışanın sağlığını korumak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için gereklidir. Bu prensipler işyeri güvenliğini sağlamakla birlikte kaliteyi de attırır. Meslek etiği değerlerine sahip çalışanlar iş sağlığı ve güvenliği prensiplerini kolaylıkla benimsemektedirler. Bu çalışmada meslek etiği değerleri ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği prensipleri incelenmiştir. Bu değer ve prensipler insanoğlunun yüzlerce yıllık deneyim ve tecrübelerinin sonucudur. İşyeri çalışma şartlarında kazaların %88’i insan kusuru nedeniyledir. Kazalarda en büyük etkenin insan olması ve insanın davranışlarını değerler topluluğu belirlemesi dolayısıyla meslek etiğine odaklanılmıştır. Bu iki kültürel zenginliğin arasındaki bağ incelenerek işyeri güvenliğine etkisi tartışılmıştır.

People with ethical values easily gain their professional ethics. To be able to distinguish the right and wrong for an employee profession who knows the principles of professional ethics. It is possible for the employees to know and apply the truths in their professional life when they have working maturity. This is only possible with the appropriate personnel selection. The occupational health and safety principles in the professional life are necessary to protect the health of the employee and to ensure their safety. These principles ensure workplace safety as well as quality. Employees with professional ethics values can easily adopt occupational health and safety principles. In this study, the values of professional ethics and occupational health and safety are examined. These values and principles are the result of hundreds of years of experience and experience of human beings. 88% of accidents in workplace conditions are caused by human defects. The focus is on professional ethics because of the fact that the most important factor in accidents is human and human behaviors are adopted by the values community. The link between these two cultural riches was examined and the impact on workplace safety was discussed.
