Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik meslek bilgisi
derslerinin geneline yönelik olarak tutumlarının belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, öğretmen
adaylarının öğretmenlik meslek bilgisine yönelik tutumları çeşitli değişkenler
açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin toplanması için Ekici (2008) tarafından
geliştirilen “Öğretmenlik Meslek Bilgisi Derslerinin Geneline Yönelik Tutum
Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Balıkesir Üniversitesi
Necatibey Eğitim Fakültesi ilköğretim bölümüne (Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Matematik
Öğretmenliği, Fen Bilgisi Öğretmenliği, Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenliği, Okul Öncesi
Öğretmenliği) devam eden öğretmen adayları (n=470) oluşturmaktadır. Veriler, ilköğretim
bölümünde farklı bilim dallarına devam eden dördüncü sınıf öğretmen
adaylarından toplanmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırma
sonucunda, öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik meslek bilgisi derslerinin geneline
yönelik olarak tutumlarında öğrenim gördükleri bilim dalı ve öğretim türü değişkenlerine
göre anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Genel olarak öğretmen adaylarının,
öğretmenlik meslek bilgisi derslerine yönelik tutumlarının hiçbirinde olumlu tutum
yüzdesinin olumsuz tutum yüzdesinden büyük olmadığı görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to determine the teachers' attitudes towards the
teaching profession courses in. To this end, teachers' attitudes towards the teaching
profession courses were tested in terms of various variables. "Attitude Scale
Towards Teacher Profession Courses in General" which was developed by Ekici
(2008) was used. Teacher candidates attending Necatibey Balıkesir University,
Faculty of Education, Primary Education Department constitute the study group.
The data were collected from fourth-grade students (n=470) in the different
departments of primary education departments ( Elementary Teacher Education,
Elementary Mathematics Education, Science Education, Social Sciences Education,
Early Childhood Education). Descriptive method was used in this study. As a result
of this research, it was found that in the attitudes of the teacher candidates’ attitudes
towards teaching profession courses, there was a significant difference according to
the variables in terms of the departments in which they were attending and the
teaching type. In general, it was found that the positive attitude percentage was not
higher than the negative attitude percentage in none of the attitudes towards
teaching profession courses.
