Investment is considered to be the main precondition of economic and social development of the modern society. The particularly acute problem of investment projects profitability arises in the periods of economic, political and social crises and lies in solution of the dilemma: a deepening of the crisis as the result of reduction of investment volume or multiple increase of exposure to loss.
