The commercial interests of the community transport companies which enable their functional integration with the help of logistics management principles have been founded in this paper. Formation of the logistics network allows businesses to increase profits and reduce costs of all types of resources. The author noted that the effectiveness of cooperation of individual subjects at the logistics market is possible through the creation of transport-logistics systems in enterprise’s activity.
It is concluded that transport-logistics system designing of the enterprise on the basis of synergies helping to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation, specific public and private objectives of companies, and the best combination of costs and results.

В статье определено, что общность коммерческих интересов транспортных предприятий обеспечивается возможностью их функциональной интеграции с помощью логистических принципов управления. Формирование логистической сети позволяет предприятиям увеличить прибыль и сократить расходы всех видов ресурсов. Автором
отмечено, что эффективность сотрудничества отдельных субъектов логистического рынка возможна за счет создания транспортно-логистических систем в деятельности предприятий. Сделан вывод, что проектирование транспортно-логистической системы предприятия по принципу синергического эффекта помогают достичь взаимовыгодного сотрудничества, конкретных общих и частных целей предприятий, а также наилучшего соотношения между затратами и полученными результатами.
