Belâgat ilminin temel kural ve metotları, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’i daha iyi anlamak amacıyla tefsir ve kelam âlimleri
tarafından Arap dilinin kuralları içerisinde ortaya konmuştur. Hatîb el-Kazvînî'nin belâgat tarihinde önemli bir
yeri olan Telhîsü'l-Miftâh isimli eseri, İslâmî edebiyatlarda birçok şerh, tercüme, hâşiye ve muhtasar
çalışmasına konu edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Telhîsü'l-Miftâh'ta geçen belâgat terimlerinin özetlenerek
Türkçeye tercümesinden oluşan bir metin üzerinde durulacaktır. Mütercimi hakkında bilgi bulunmadığı için
tam olarak ne zaman yazıldığı bilinmeyen eserin tarafımızca üç nüshası tespit edilebilmiştir. Çalışmamızda
öncelikle Telhîsü'l-Miftâh'ın belâgat tarihindeki yerine ve Türkçe’de bu eserle ilgili çalışmalara işaret
edilecektir. Ardından da tercümenin nüshaları ve muhtevası hakkında bilgi verilerek Telhîsü'l-Miftâh'taki
belagat terimlerini içeren bu tercümenin metni sunulacaktır.

Rhetoric is a scientific method developed by Islamic scholars in parallel with Arabic Grammar for the purpose
of a better understanding of The Kor’an Khatib al-Qazwini’s Telhîsü'l-Miftâh has an important place in the
field of rhetorics. Scholars following Qazwini penned many commentaries, translations, apostils on the
relevant sections of Qazwini's to better understand them, expand their scope and to translate them into
different languages. This study focuses on only a work that consists of a Turkish translation of Telhisü'lMiftâh's
rhetoric terms. There is no information about the writer of this translation and three copies of this
work, whose exact date of production still is unknown, are at hand at present. This study, after giving
information about Qazwini, Telhîsu'l-Miftâh and copies of this translation, deals with the content and
literary style of the work. After that has been included a transcribed text that was produced out of the
available three copies.
