Работа посвящена исследованию однозначной разрешимости нелокальной краевой задачи для вырождающегося уравнения второго порядка с разрывными условиями сопряжения. Вопрос существования решения задачи эквивалентно редуцирован к вопросу разрешимости интегрального уравнения Фредгольма, а единственность решения установлена на основе метода интегралов энергии.
