К ВОПРОСУ МЕЖДУНАРОДНО-ПРАВОВОГО ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ ТЕРРОРИЗМА

The article is devoted to the problem of the absence of a single obligatory definition of terrorism. The article deals with the problems of an integrated approach to the definition of the concepts of terrorism, in addition, the international experience of normative-legal provision of counteraction to international terrorism. In particular, it analyzes international cooperation in the fight against terrorism with the assistance of international organizations, and also justifies the necessity of adopting an international legal definition of terrorism in order to effectively combat this crime.

Статья посвящена проблеме отсутствия единого общеобязательного определение понятия терроризма. В статье рассмотрены проблемы комплексного подхода к определению понятий терроризма, кроме того рассмотрено международный опыт нормативно-правового обеспечения противодействия терроризму. В ней в частности анализируется международное сотрудничество в борьбе с терроризмом при содействии международных организаций, а также обосновывается необходимость принятия международно-правового определения терроризма для эффективной борьбы с этим преступлением.
