ПРОБЛЕМЫ ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННЫХ СТРУКТУР МАЛЫХ И СРЕДНИХ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ В АРМЕНИИ

Small and medium-sized enterprises play a special role in the system of entrepreneurship. SMEs are considered as the basis of a market economy, as a key infrastructure to ensure its smooth operation. Observations showed that the organizational structures used in the SMEs of Armenia often do not correspond to the basic principles of organizational structures. In observed companies cross-shaped and star-shaped organizational structures, multiple subordination, and other manifestations of a non-optimal structures are often encountered, which can lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of SMEs and the market economy of the country.

Малые и средние предприятия играют особую роль в системе предпринимательства. Субъекты МСП рассматриваются как основа рыночной экономики, как ключевая инфраструктура обеспечения ее бесперебойного функционирования. Наблюдения показали, что организационные структуры, используемые в МСП Армении, часто не соответствуют основным принципам организационных структур. В наблюдаемых компаниях часто встречаются крестообразные и звездообразные организационные структуры, множественное подчинение, и другие проявления неоптимальной структуры, которые могут привести к снижению эффективности МСП и рыночной экономики страны.
