ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ ВОПРОСЫ НАСЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПО ГРАЖДАНСКОМУ ЗАКОНОДАТЕЛЬСТВУ УКРАИНЫ

The article reveals the essence and role of the institution of inheritance in civil legal proceedings of Ukraine. An analysis of the norms of civil law in the field of inheritance is being conducted. The problem aspects of relations in the sphere of inheritance are investigated, as in the case of inheritance by law, as well as by inheritance according to will. The ways of their solution are offered.

В статье раскрываются сущность и роль института наследования в гражданском судопроизводстве Украины. Проводится анализ норм гражданского законодательства в сфере наследования. Исследуются проблемные аспекты отношений в сфере наследования, как в случае наследования по закону, так при наследовании по завещанию Предлагаются пути их решения.
