ПРОБЛЕМА ПРИЗНАНИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕКА СУБЪЕКТОМ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ПРАВА

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the international legal personality of a person of point of view the current state of international law. This article researches the concept, characteristic signs, features of the legal personality of the individual in international law. The article substantiates the position of a person as an integral subject of international law on the basis of the failure to maintain a unified subjective model within the framework of modern international law. The article also defines perspectives of development of the institute of international legal personality.

Статья посвящена правовому анализу международной правосубъектности человека учитывая современное состояние международного права. Исследовано понятие, характерные признаки, особенности правосубъектности индивида в международном праве. Обосновано положение о человеке как неотъемлемого субъекта международного права, исходя из несостоятельности в рамках современного международного права, хранить унифицированную субъектную модель. Установлено перспективы развития института международной правосубъектности.
