ПРАВОВОЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЕ ЖЕНЩИНЫ В ХИДЖАБЕ

The article is devoted to the problem of the legal status of women in the countries of the Arab world. In particular, the identification of important problems concerning the limitation of the rights of a Muslim woman to the rights of a man, the oppression of personal and political rights, her social status, the regulation of family and hereditary relations.

Статья посвящена проблеме правового положения женщины в странах арабского мира. В частности определению важных проблем, касающихся ограничения прав мусульманской женщины по отношению к правам мужчины, притеснения личностных и политических прав, ее общественному положению, регулированию семейных и наследственных отношений.
