ТОРГОВЛЯ ЛЮДЬМИ: ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ОБЪЕКТА И МЕСТА СРЕДИ ДРУГИХ ПРЕСТУПЛЕНИЙ

In the article the author analyzes scientific positions, legislation and jurisprudence on the definition of the object of such an offense as human trafficking (Article 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). It has been determined and argued that the direct object of human trafficking is a social relationship that ensures the freedom, personal integrity of a person and his honor.

В исследовании проведен анализ научных позиций, законодательства и судебной практики по определению объекта такого преступления, как торговля людьми (ст. 149 УК Украины). Определено и аргументировано, что непосредственным объектом торговли людьми являются общественные отношения, обеспечивающие свободу, личную неприкосновенность человека и его честь.
