ЛЕГАЛИЗАЦИЯ ОДНОПОЛЫХ БРАКОВ В УКРАИНЕ

The article examines the issue of the legalization of same-sex marriages in Ukraine. It analyzes the international experience on this subject and the experience of Ukraine, particularly in the part of attempting to take appropriate laws. It also identifies common problems on the way to the legalization of these marriages.

В статье исследуется вопрос легализации однополых браков в Украине. Анализируется международный опыт по данной тематике и опыт Украины, в частности попытки принятия соответствующих законов. Также выделены современные проблемы на пути к легализации таких браков.
