ОЦЕНКА ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННОЙ СТРУКТУРЫ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ В ПРЕДЕЛАХ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ

In the article considers: the concept of innovative infrastructure is disclosed; the constituent elements of the innovation infrastructure are defined; the description of subjects of innovative development is given; the essence of the concept "organizational management of innovative development of the enterprise" is revealed; the relationship between the organizational development of the innovation infrastructure and the management of organizational projects is defined; the essence and features of management of the organizational project are described; the method of evaluating the organizational structure of an enterprise according to quality criteria in the framework of innovation infrastructure development is proposed.

В статье раскрыто понятие инновационной инфраструктуры; определены составляющие элементы инновационной инфраструктуры; дано описание субъектов инновационного развития; раскрыта сущность понятия "организационное управление инновационным развитием предприятия"; определена связь организационного развития инновационной инфраструктурой с управлением организационными проектами; описана сущность и особенности управления организационным проектом; предложен метод оценки организационной структуры предприятия по критериям качества в рамках развития инновационной инфраструктуры.
