ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО СТАНОВЛЕНИЯ УЧИТЕЛЯ

The article is devoted to the issue of the young teachers’ development. The maturity to solve teaching objectives – is the criterion of successful pedagogue’s professional formation. The process of teachers’ maturity (conditions, peculiarities and difficulties) to solve teaching objectives has been investigated.

В статье рассматривается проблема становления молодых учителей. Критерием успешного профессионального становления педагога является - готовность к решению учебных задач. Исследован процесс (состояние, особенности и трудности) подготовленности учителей решать учебные задачи.
