This article considers the role of the securities market in the development of the national economy. Based on the analysis of the development and current state of the securities market of Uzbekistan, identified the most significant features and reserves its development.

В данной статье рассмотрена роль рынка ценных бумаг в развитии национальной экономики. На основе анализа развития и современного состояния рынка ценных бумаг в Узбекистане, определены наиболее существенные особенности и резервы его развития.
