Hizmetkâr Liderlik Ölçeğinin Türkçe Uyarlaması: Güvenirlik ve Geçerlik Çalışması*

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reliability and validity of servant leadership scale compiled by Liden, et al. (2008), that has one dimension with 7 articles. This study was conducted via survey method with employees working in private sector companies located around Bursa Free Zone. To analyze the datum, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods have been used. The results of this study revealed that the Turkish version/form of the servant leadership scale composed of seven article and one dimension compiled by Liden, et al. (2013) is a reliable tool.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Liden ve çalışma arkadaşları (2013) tarafından derlenen 7 madde ve tek boyuttan oluşan hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeğinin güvenirlik ve geçerlik analizini yapmaktır. Çalışma, Bursa Serbest Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren özel sektör firma çalışanlarına anket yöntemi uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde keşfedici faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, Liden ve çalışma arkadaşları (2013)’nın derlediği 7 madde ve tek boyuttan oluşan hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeğinin Türkçe formunun güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçüm aracı olduğu saptanmıştır.
