THE CONCEPT OF CIVIL SOCIETY: CHANGE SCIENTIFIC PARADIGM

В статье рассматривается процесс формирования и смены научных парадигм гражданского общества. Анализируя эволюцию теории и практики становления и развития концепции гражданского общества автор выделяет исторические и современные парадигмы данного феномена. Особое внимание уделяется обоснованию формирования глобализационной и информационной парадигм, существенно влияющих на изменения традиционных трактовок гражданского общества.

This article discusses the process of formation and change of scientific paradigms of civil society. Analyzing the evolution of the theory and practice of formation and development of the concept of civil society the author identifies historical and contemporary paradigms of this phenomenon. Special attention is paid to the rationale for the formation of globalization and information paradigms that significantly affect the change of the traditional interpretations of civil society.
