Open source data of state government bodies: the Russian and foreign experience

В статье рассматривается мировой и российский опыт реализации проекта открытых данных органов государственной власти на материале анализа количественных и качественных социологических исследований. Анализируются имеющиеся проблемы и трудности в реализации данной программы, пути совершенствования и возможности применения имеющегося опыта в российском сегменте, в том числе применение гражданских инициатив.

In the article the author considers the world and Russian experience in the sphere of realization of an open source data project of the state government bodies using the analysis of qualitative and quantitative sociological research. The author analyses the existing problems and difficulties in realization of the program, ways of improvement and possibilities of using the experience of the Russian segment including application of civil initiatives.
