Amaç: Bu araştırmada öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı olarak eğitim sisteminde geri bildirimin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Yöntem: Bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenerek olgu bilim deseni çerçevesinde yürütülmüştür. Kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın katılımcılarını Malatya ili Merkez ilçelerinde görev yapan ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılmayı kabul eden 20 ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme yoluyla toplanmıştır. Verilerinin analizinde içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Katılımcıların çoğu eğitim sürecinde geribildirime ihtiyaç olduğunu, geribildirimin bireysel olarak verilmesi gerektiğini belirtirken geribildirimin zamanı konusunda çoğu öğretim yılı içerisinde veya öğretim yılı sonunda olması gerektiğini ve geribildirimin okul müdürleri tarafından verilmesi gerektiğini ifade etmişlerdir.
Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Sistem içerisinde geribildirimin yetersiz olduğu belirtilmiştir. Motivasyonu doğrudan etkileyen geribildirim mekanizmasının sistemde aktif bir şekilde kullanılması ve eksikleri gidermek amacıyla yeni geribildirim mekanizmalarının oluşturulması gerekmektedir.

Purpose: In this study, the feedback in the educational system was aimed to be examined based on teacher opinions.
Design & Methodology: The study was carried out within the context of phenomenological design by adopting qualitative research method. Convenience sampling method was used. In this context, the participants of the study consist of 20 primary and secondary school teachers working in the central districts of Malatya and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study. The data of the study were collected with semi-structured interviews. In the analysis of the data, content analysis technique was used.
Findings: It has been found that most of the participants pointed that feedback is needed in the educational processes. By most of the participants it was told that feedback should be given individually throughout the academic year and at the end of the academic year. Also it was found that most of the participants want that the feedback should be given by the "school principal".
Implications & Suggestions: It is stated that the feedback in the system is insufficient. The feedback mechanism directly affects motivation and the feedback processes needs to be used actively in system and new feedback mechanisms should be formed to eliminate the deficiencies.
