Günümüzde bilgi toplumu ve bilgi çağının vazgeçilmezi olarak niteleyebileceğimiz teknoloji, istek ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılama noktasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Toplumun kalkınmasında temel görev üstlenen eğitim kurumları hiç kuşkusuz hızla gelişen ve değişen teknolojiyi takip etmek durumundadır. Bu bağlamda bilgisayar kullanımı eğitimin her kademesinde yaygınlaştığı görülmektedir. Özellikle 1980’li yıllardan sonra eğitimde kullanılmaya başlayan kişisel bilgisayarlar, son yıllarda yerini yeni nesil Tablet bilgisayarlara bırakmıştır. Tablet bilgisayarın ülkemizde ilköğretim okullarında eğitim öğretim ortamlarına girmesinin çok yeni olduğu düşünülürse öğrencilerin tablet bilgisayarın kullanımına ve öğrenme durumlarına etkisi ile detaylı olarak geliştirilen internet tabanlı bir ölçme değerlendirme sistemi hakkında araştırmalar yetersizdir. Araştırmada akıllı sınıflarda tablet bilgisayarlarla kullanılabilecek öğrenci-öğretmen etkileşimini sağlayacak internet tabanlı ölçme-değerlendirme sistemlerinin geliştirilmesinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususları ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.

Today, information technology, which can be described as indispensable for society and information age, has an important place to meet our needs and desires. Undoubtedly, the educational institutions undertaking basic tasks in the development of the society must follow the rapidly developing and changing technology. In this context, the use of computers seems to be widespread at every level of education. Especially after the 1980s, personal computers that have been used in education have left their place to the next generation of Tablet PCs. It is a very new application of tablet computers to enter education and training environments in primary schools in our country. In this respect, researches on an internet based measurement evaluation system which is developed in detail with the effect of the students on the usage of the tablet computer and learning situations are insufficient. The aim of this study is to establish the issues necessary for the development of a web-based assessment and evaluation system that will provide student-teacher interaction in intelligent classrooms.
